Pricing questions
Do you take a cut of tips?
No. Tips go to your team. Your payment provider's normal card fees apply.
Do I need Shopify?
No. Tipd works on its own or with Shopify. If you are on Shopify, you can install it from the App Store and pay through your Shopify bill.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period.
Do I have to buy hardware?
No. Receipt links, QR codes and the register work without it. Wristbands and plaques are optional.
